Return Window
You may process your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for returns or exchanges after this 14-day period.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you verify all items for accuracy and report any discrepancies or issues to us as soon as possible.
Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange
If your reason for return or exchange falls under the following categories, please proceed with the steps outlined:
- "My item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect."

1. A clear photograph of the item(s) received in error or in a damaged condition.
2. Your invoice receipt (if applicable), including your invoice number (e.g #1234)
Our team will respond promptly to address your concerns and make the necessary corrections to your order.
Important Note:
Please be aware that we cannot process refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind: If you wish to change to a different item, color, size, etc., please note that all purchases are final.
- Items used: All items eligible for exchange or refund must be in new, unused condition.
- Damage caused after receipt: Items that are delivered in undamaged condition but have been damaged after use are not eligible for exchange or refund.
